Private beta placeholder

Privacy Policy

Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 9 August 2026

This is an initial private beta placeholder, not legal advice, and not guaranteed to be legally compliant. It should be reviewed and replaced by a qualified lawyer before public launch.

1. What we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, artist name, avatar and profile details.
  • Creator uploads: audio files, cover art and the metadata you enter.
  • Listening data: playback events such as play started, 10 seconds, 30 seconds, 50%, 75%, completed, skipped, replayed, liked, saved and shared, along with the track and its generator/model.
  • Basic technical data needed to run the service and prevent abuse.

2. How we use listening data

Playback events are used to count genuine plays, give creators statistics about their own tracks, and produce platform-level generator and model rankings. Rankings are always computed from aggregated behaviour.

3. Aggregated analytics only

No individual listener's history is shown publicly, and creators see aggregate counts and rates for their own tracks — never a list of who listened.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use local storage and cookies for your login session, player preferences and an anonymous listening session identifier used to deduplicate play counts. No advertising trackers are used in the beta.

5. Data storage

Account data, track metadata and analytics events are stored in our managed cloud database. Audio and artwork are stored in private object storage and served through time-limited links.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers needed to run AInthem, or where required by law.

7. Your rights

You can edit your profile, edit or delete your tracks, and request deletion of your account and associated data. Deleting a track removes it from the public catalogue.

8. Data retention

Account and content data is kept while your account is active. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be retained after deletion.

9. Children

AInthem is not intended for children under 13, and beta access is invite-based.
