Private beta placeholder
Terms of Use
Version: 1.0 · Effective date: 9 August 2026
These terms are an initial private beta placeholder. They are not legal advice and are not guaranteed to be legally compliant. They are written to be reviewed and replaced by a qualified lawyer before any full public launch.
1. User accounts
You need an account to like tracks, save music or upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login secure. One person or entity per account. During private beta, access may be limited to invited participants.
2. Creator responsibilities
If you upload music, you confirm that you hold or control all rights necessary to distribute it, including any rights in the audio, artwork, lyrics, vocals and any samples or third-party material used to produce it. You must declare your AI production details honestly.
3. Uploaded content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant AInthem a non-exclusive licence to host, stream, cache, display artwork for, and promote your content on the platform for as long as it remains published. You can delete your tracks at any time from your creator dashboard.
4. Rights to uploaded content
Uploading content you do not have the rights to is a breach of these terms. Repeated or serious breaches will result in removal of the content and may result in account suspension.
5. AI-generated content
AInthem is generator-neutral: music made with any AI generator is welcome. You must accurately declare the generator, model/version, and the human/AI split for lyrics, vocals, instrumental and post-production. Misleading AI attribution can be reported and may lead to removal. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the AI tools you used.
6. Prohibited content
Do not upload content that infringes copyright, impersonates a real artist's voice or identity without permission, contains hate speech or abuse, is sexually exploitative, promotes violence or illegal activity, or is spam.
7. Copyright complaints
Copyright owners can submit a takedown request from the Copyright & Takedown page. Submissions are reviewed by a human. Content is not removed automatically simply because a form has been submitted.
8. Moderation
New uploads from creators enter a Pending Review state and are checked before appearing publicly. Tracks may be approved, rejected with a reason, or hidden. Creators can see the status of their own tracks at any time.
9. Account suspension or removal
We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, abuse the reporting system, or attempt to manipulate play counts or rankings. Where practical we will tell you why.
10. Platform availability
AInthem is in private beta. Features may change, break or be removed, and the service is provided on an "as available" basis with no uptime guarantee.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInthem is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of revenue arising from use of the beta service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through the Copyright & Takedown page.
